Gültəkin Hacıbəyli to Azerbaijan was deported

Former MP, member of the National Council Gültəkin Hacıbəyli has been deported from Turkey to Azerbaijan.

Modern.az reports that Fuad Qəhrəmanlı, deputy chairman of the Azerbaijan Popular Front Party (APFP), wrote about this on social media.

According to the information, G. Hacıbəyli was not arrested after being brought to Azerbaijan.

There is no official statement regarding the matter yet.

It should be recalled that Gültəkin Hacıbəyli was detained in Turkey on November 29, 2025, and was first taken to the Arnavutköy Repatriation Center, and then sent to the Çatalca Repatriation Center. The Istanbul Administrative Court had issued a decision for her deportation from Turkey.

Gültəkin Hacıbəyli's name is mentioned in the "Ramiz Mehdiyev case".
