A 27-year-old female TikToker has been administratively arrested in connection with the explicit images she filmed in Guba.
Modern.az reports that a protocol has been drawn up against Aysun Bayramova, born in Barda district in 1999, under Article 510.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (placement of information prohibited from dissemination on internet resources).
The case was heard in court. It was revealed that Aysun Bayramova filmed the images in revealing attire in Guba district in 2024. She did not share other explicit images on the "TikTok" platform, but only prepared them with the intention of filming them through that application and sending them to the person she was in a relationship with.
It was stated that she had not been previously convicted. A. Bayramova requested the court to take these circumstances into account and stated that she would not commit such acts again.
By court decision, she was found guilty under Article 510.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and administratively arrested for a period of 15 days. (Qaynarinfo)
