Four-time and current world champion, Red Bull driver Max Verstappen, has spoken about the possibility of ending his career.
Modern.az reports that "PA Media" disseminated information about this.
"My contract is until 2028, but my entire future depends on the new rules of 2026 and how interesting they will be. If driving the new cars is not interesting, I don't see myself in races. I don't have a goal of winning seven titles. Three seasons remain until my contract ends, so this is possible. I could easily end my career tomorrow.
I have other interests in life, other racing series, I want to spend more time with my family and live my own life. I understand that this chapter will definitely close. After leaving, I do not intend to return again. If I stop, I will stop," Verstappen said.
