Azerbaijan's all-union level volleyball referee Rafiq Aghayev has passed away.

Modern.az reports that the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation (AVF) has released information regarding this.

It has been reported that the specialist, who was the father of international referee Fuad Aghayev, one of the best referees of the USSR, and officiated at union and Azerbaijan championships, passed away after a long illness.
