The first leg of the UEFA Champions League play-off round, to be held in Baku between the teams of "Qarabağ" and England's "Newcastle", will be officiated by Norwegian referees.
According to Modern.az, the chief referee of the match will be Espen Eskas.
It should be noted that the match will start on February 18, at 21:45, at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium. The return leg will take place on the night of February 24-25, at 00:00, in England.
