Spanish champion "Barcelona" had already rejected an offer of 250 million euros from French champion PSG for Spanish winger Lamine Yamal two years ago.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Joan Laporta, the president of the Catalan club.
"This was 2 years ago. PSG offered us 250 million euros for Lamine Yamal. We refused. At that time, he was 17 years old. Some people thought we were crazy", - Laporta stated in an interview with journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Yamal debuted for "Barcelona" in April 2023 at the age of 15 years and 290 days. This season, the Spanish footballer has played 33 matches for "Barcelona", scoring 15 goals and providing 14 assists. “Transfermarkt” values his transfer worth at 200 million euros.
