Dursun Özbek, President of Turkey's Galatasaray club, has faced disciplinary action.
Modern.az reports that the decision was made by the Professional Football Disciplinary Committee (PFDK).
According to the decision, the club official has been suspended from football activities for 15 days and deprived of his rights.
At the same time, the “yellow-reds” have been fined a total of 3 million 700 thousand Turkish Liras. In addition, an additional 2.7 million Liras fine has been imposed due to statements published by the club on February 21 on the “X” social network and on February 22 on its official website, which damaged the reputation of football institutions.
