The Azerbaijani government forecasts a decrease in average annual inflation in 2026-2029.
Modern.az reports, citing data from the Ministry of Finance, that by the end of 2025, the average annual inflation in the country will be 5.4 %.
According to forecasts, in 2026, the average annual inflation in Azerbaijan will decrease to 4.8 %.
It is expected that in 2027, the average annual inflation will be 4.5 %, in 2028 – 4.3 %, and in 2029 – 4.2 %.
It should be noted that in 2024, the average annual inflation in Azerbaijan was 2.2 %.
