“A decision has been adopted on amending Decision No. 18 of the Tariff (Price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 29, 2024, 'On the Regulation of Domestic Tariffs for Natural Gas'.”
Modern.az reports that the decision states:
Taking into account the “Regulations on the Tariff (Price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by Decree No. 341 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 26, 2005, the “Rules for Ensuring State Control over the Formation and Application of Tariffs (Prices) Subject to State Regulation” approved by Decision No. 247 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 30, 2005, and the proposal of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Tariff (Price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides:
1. The following amendments shall be made to the “Domestic Tariffs for Natural Gas” approved by Decision No. 18 of the Tariff (Price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 29, 2024:
1.1. Sub-paragraph 4.2.3-1 with the following content shall be added to paragraph 4.2:
