In 2025, Azerbaijan's total foreign trade turnover amounted to 49 billion 422.6 million US dollars.
Modern.az reports that this is reflected in the State Customs Committee's Customs Statistics Report on the Foreign Trade of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Specifically, among the countries with the largest share in trade turnover, Italy ranked first. The volume of trade turnover with this country amounted to 11 billion 860.4 million US dollars, which is equal to 24 percent of the total turnover.
Trade turnover with Turkey amounted to 5 billion 720 million dollars (11.58 percent), and with Russia, it was 4 billion 920 million dollars (9.96 percent). Additionally, China with 4 billion 874 million (9.86 percent), Switzerland with 1 billion 773 million (3.59 percent), the USA with 1 billion 556 million (3.15 percent), Germany with 1 billion 376 million (2.78 percent), the United Kingdom with 1 billion 140 million (2.31 percent), Australia with 895 million (1.81 percent), and Georgia with 881 million (1.78 percent) were among the main trade partners. The share of other countries amounted to 14 billion 423 million (29.18 percent) of the total turnover.
