In December 2025, an increase was observed in the export of Azerbaijan's main non-oil products compared to the same period in 2024.
Modern.az reports that this information was published in the "Export Review" issued by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) for the year-end results of 2025.
According to the information, during the reporting period, date exports amounted to 36.4 million US dollars, which represents an increase from 27.1 million dollars compared to December 2024.
Gold exports in December 2025 amounted to 29.2 million US dollars, while this figure was recorded at 25.2 million dollars in the same period last year.
Forest hazelnut exports also showed a significant increase. Specifically, the export volume, which was 12.8 million dollars in December 2024, rose to 20.3 million dollars in the same month of 2025.
At the same time, a certain decrease was recorded in tomato exports. Specifically, the figure, which was 20.1 million dollars in December 2024, decreased to 17.1 million dollars in the same period of 2025.
During the reporting period, the export of copper ores and concentrates sharply increased from 0.4 million dollars to 13.2 million US dollars.
Meanwhile, the export of uncombed cotton fiber, which was 8.2 million dollars in December 2024, amounted to 10.4 million dollars in the same month of 2025.
In addition, the export of unworked, unalloyed aluminum increased from 0.3 million dollars in the corresponding period of last year to 9.5 million dollars.
An increase was also recorded in apple exports. Specifically, the export volume for this product reached 9.2 million dollars from 8.7 million dollars.
Meanwhile, the export of rectangular plates made of aluminum alloys amounted to 8.6 million US dollars in December 2025. In the same period of 2024, this figure was at 8 million dollars.
