In January 2026, Azerbaijan's main non-oil export product indicators have been announced.
Modern.az reports that information on this matter was published in the “Export Review” for January 2026, published by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (İİTKM).
Compared to January 2025, the most exported product in the first month of this year was gold. Gold exports increased from 21.1 million dollars to 33 million dollars.
According to the information, exports of hazelnuts reached from 13.9 million dollars to 29.3 million dollars compared to last year. Date exports, on the other hand, increased from 19.3 million dollars to 22.3 million dollars.
Additionally, exports of copper ores and concentrates also increased from 2.4 million dollars to 20.5 million dollars.
A decrease was observed for some products, for example - urea exports decreased from 21 million dollars to 14.2 million dollars. Tomato exports decreased from 14.7 million dollars to 13.6 million dollars.
Regarding the export of undrawn cotton fiber, this increased from 9.2 million dollars to 11.2 million dollars, the export of rectangular plates made of aluminum alloys from 7.9 million dollars to 8.3 million dollars, and apple exports increased from 6.9 million dollars to 8.2 million dollars.
