During January-February 2026, over 3 billion manats in taxes were collected into the state budget through the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, which is 79.4 million manats more than the forecast.
Modern.az reports that tax revenues from the non-oil and gas sector exceeded 2 billion 286.5 million manats, with an additional 69.6 million manats paid into the budget beyond the forecast. Compared to the corresponding period of 2025, tax revenues from this sector increased by 172.4 million manats or 8.2 percent.
In January-February 2026, revenues from mandatory state social insurance contributions exceeded 1 billion 19.8 million manats, with approximately 20.8 million manats paid in addition to the forecast. Revenues from non-budgetary organizations exceeded 706.1 million manats.
During the same period, revenues from unemployment insurance contributions amounted to approximately 37.3 million manats, with approximately 1.5 million manats paid in addition to the forecast. Revenues from non-budgetary organizations exceeded 29.9 million manats.
The volume of revenues from mandatory health insurance contributions exceeded 163.3 million manats, with over 5.5 million manats paid in addition to the forecast. Revenues from non-budgetary organizations amounted to approximately 115.7 million manats. (Fed.az)
