Today, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding was held.

On the agenda of the meeting, chaired by Prime Minister Ali Asadov, Chairman of the AIH Supervisory Board, the Performance Report of the Portfolio Companies under the Holding's management for the year 2025, key performance indicators and financial results, including total revenue and EBITDA figures, an overview of the development prospects of “Azerpambiq Agrarian Industrial Complex” LLC, the application of new regulatory legal acts adopted regarding the organization of efficient management of public finance to AIH's portfolio companies, and other current issues were discussed in detail.
A comprehensive presentation by Ruslan Alikhanov, Chief Executive Officer of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding, on the agenda items was heard. Members of the AIH Supervisory Board, the Chairman of the AIH Management Board, and Majnun Mammadov, Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, who was invited to the meeting, spoke on the issues presented at the meeting.
At the end of the meeting, taking into account the opinions and proposals of the members of the AIH Supervisory Board, decisions were made on the discussed issues, and relevant instructions were given to the Holding's Management Board.
