A film industry park will be established in Azerbaijan.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Deputy Minister of Culture Sadaqat Yusifova, who was answering questions from deputies during the discussion of the draft law “On Culture” at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
She noted that the establishment of a film industry park is planned as an integral part of cultural and creative industries, and this park will be formed on the basis of the Jafar Jabbarli Film Studio.
"However, the implementation of this project in the Gobustan area is not possible, as existing legislative restrictions do not allow it”.
The Deputy Minister noted that projects related to cultural and creative industries are intended to be implemented as pilot projects in multifunctional spaces, especially in restored territories.
