Teachers must undergo attestation every 5 years.
According to Modern.az, Polad Bülbüloğlu, Chairman of the Culture Committee, stated this at today's public hearing of the Science and Education Committee of the Milli Majlis.
“Teachers who did not pass the attestation came here to complain. As members of parliament, we receive and listen to people here. However, when I, as a musician, asked them questions, it became clear that the attestation yields correct results.”
The committee chairman emphasized that since the last attestation exams yielded significant results, these exams should be held regularly, once every 5 years or once every 7 years.
Polad Bülbüloğlu stated that individuals in the field of culture must possess talent in addition to humanity.
"This talent is not present in everyone; therefore, talented children from the regions should be sent to Baku to study," he noted.
