New charters for the Media Development Agency and the Center for Analysis of International Relations and Multiculturalism will be prepared.
Modern.az reports that this is reflected in the Cabinet of Ministers' order regarding the ensuring of the execution of Decree No. 601 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 20, 2026, on the reorganization of the public legal entities "Media Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan" and "Center for Analysis of International Relations", for the purpose of ensuring the execution of Decree No. 601 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 20, 2026, on the reorganization of the public legal entities "Media Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan" and "Center for Analysis of International Relations".
According to the order, the Media Development Agency, in agreement with the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, the Audiovisual Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and other relevant state bodies (public legal entities) to be identified during the implementation process, will submit its proposals regarding the draft of the Agency's new charter to the Cabinet of Ministers within one month.
The Center for Analysis of International Relations and Multiculturalism, in agreement with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, and other relevant state bodies (public legal entities) to be identified during the implementation process, must submit its proposals regarding the draft of the Center's new charter to the Cabinet of Ministers within one month.
This Order enters into force from the date of its signing.
