Foreign citizens who have lost their legal basis for staying in Russia face difficult days starting tomorrow.
These individuals must regulate their legal status in the country today, because from September 11, such an opportunity will not be available, and they will begin to be expelled from the country.
Modern.az reports that TASS disseminated this information, citing a source in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
It was stated that on September 10, the decree of the President of the Russian Federation, which allowed foreign citizens who had lost their legal basis for staying in the country to regulate their legal status, expires.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that this also applies to Ukrainian citizens, as well as other foreigners who have the opportunity to obtain a residence permit.
From September 11, foreigners who have committed a violation of the law will be prohibited from registering a marriage or filing for divorce; they will not be able to place their children in kindergartens or educational institutions, drive a vehicle, or use other services that every person needs in daily life.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation reminded that foreign law violators can apply to the ministry's passport and visa center at their actual place of residence or to the nearest migration department of its territorial bodies, and in Moscow - to “Sakharovo” LLC, for the regulation of their status.
According to unofficial information, about 3 million Azerbaijanis live in Russia, and among them are those whose documents are not in order. Our compatriots who violate Russian laws also face the threat of deportation starting tomorrow.
