Modern.az reports that this was stated by the country's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
According to him, the time has come to witness significant results in the direction of normalizing relations with Turkey:
"We are working on opening communications. It is necessary to hold negotiations on many technical issues. Achieving the opening of communications is in our interests", - Mirzoyan noted.
