Russia's Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov listed the country's main “allies” during his speech at the Moscow Financial Forum.

According to Siluanov, to achieve financial stability, it is necessary to reduce the budget's dependence on various constraints. He particularly emphasized the importance of reducing the budget's reliance on oil and gas revenues.
The minister noted that financial stability is the main pillar of economic growth and public welfare.
