In the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, at least 20 people have died as a result of a fire on a tourist bus.
Modern.az reports that the “Hindustan Times” newspaper writes about this.
The incident occurred as a result of a Kaveri Travels bus, with approximately 44 passengers, traveling from Hyderabad to Bangalore, colliding with a motorcycle on the national highway.
Most of the passengers were asleep when the accident occurred. Some woke up, broke windows, and jumped out, but many remained inside as the flames engulfed the entire bus within a few minutes. Local residents who arrived at the scene tried to rescue the victims before firefighters arrived.
