Modern.az reports that NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated this during his speech at the NATO Industry Forum held in Bucharest.
According to Rutte's forecast, in the near future, Russia may be represented as a destabilizing force in Europe.
He noted that Moscow is cooperating with China, North Korea, Iran, and other countries in the context of the defense industry.
According to the Secretary General, NATO member countries must produce military equipment in larger volumes, because security depends on it.
