Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev's visit to Russia is expected.
Modern.az reports that he wrote an article in "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" before the visit.
The article states that Tokayev and Putin will sign a Declaration on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in Moscow.
It was noted that the partnership between Moscow and Astana has become the foundation for establishing a security system in Eurasia.
"In Kazakhstan, Putin is respected as a "global figure". The US, China, and other countries recognize Russia's and its leader's geopolitical role in solving serious problems in international relations," Tokayev stated in his article.
It should be noted that the visit will take place on November 11-12. Tokayev was in America last week and met with US President Donald Trump. Multi-billion dollar agreements were signed during the meeting.
