A phone conversation took place between the foreign ministers of Turkey and Georgia, Hakan Fidan and Maka Boçorişvili.
Modern.az reports, citing the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, that during the conversation, an exchange of information took place concerning the search and rescue operations being carried out regarding the Turkish military cargo plane that crashed on the Georgia–Azerbaijan border.
Georgia's Foreign Minister Boçorişvili offered condolences to Turkey regarding the incident.
