Turkish representatives have commenced search and rescue and investigation operations in the area on the Azerbaijan-Georgia border where the "C-130" military cargo aircraft crashed.
Modern.az reports that the Turkish Ministry of National Defense issued a statement on this matter.
It was stated that Turkish representatives went to the area today at 07:30 AM Baku time in a coordinated manner with their Georgian counterparts.
It should be noted that on November 11, a "C-130" military cargo aircraft belonging to the Turkish Air Force disappeared from radars in Georgian territory and crashed 27 minutes after taking off from Ganja airport. As a result of the crash, 20 military personnel on board the aircraft, as well as all crew members, perished.
