Construction work, which began with the support of the Azerbaijani state after the earthquake that occurred in Turkey's Kahramanmaraş region on February 6, 2023, has been completed.

Work on the "Azerbaijani Quarter" project implemented in the region has been completed. The complex, built on a 320-hectare area at the intersection of the Hayrullah and Şazibey neighborhoods of Onikişubat district, consists of 1,323 residential units and 799 workplaces.
A school named after Heydar Aliyev and a modern cultural center have also been built in the area.
