The Putin-Trump meeting has been postponed for now, but contacts on this issue continue.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Yuri Ushakov, Assistant to the Russian President for International Affairs, in an interview with the "Rossiya" TV channel.
He also stated that contacts between the US and Russia regarding the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict are ongoing.
The Kremlin official noted that the results of the Anchorage summit, which took place between Russia and the US in August this year, were conveyed to the Ukrainian side:
"The agreements reached in Anchorage are a good way to achieve a peaceful resolution. The results of the summit have been conveyed to the Ukrainian side. Those who want to continue the war until the last Ukrainian are not satisfied with the results of Anchorage".
