US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Political Affairs, Ms. Alison Hooker, has arrived in Armenia.
Modern.az reports, citing Armenian media, that she was welcomed by the US Ambassador to Armenia, Ms. Quinn.
The purpose of the visit is to promote the US President's vision for regional peace and security.
Alison Hooker will meet with Prime Minister Pashinyan, Foreign Minister Mirzoyan, Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan, and Special Envoy Rubinyan.
They will discuss future steps to strengthen the Armenia-US strategic partnership within the framework of the “Trump Road for International Peace and Prosperity” project (Zangezur corridor) and Armenia-US memoranda.
