The price of crude oil for loading at Novorossiysk port has fallen to $36.61 per barrel.
A similar situation has also been observed for oil produced in the Baltic Sea.
It should be recalled that on October 23, the US Treasury Department announced sanctions against Russia's largest oil companies. Following this, on October 27, “Lukoil” announced its intention to sell its foreign assets due to restrictions.
