On the night of November 19, as a result of a Russian air attack on Ternopil, 9 people died and more than 20 people were injured.
According to Modern.az, this was stated by Ukraine's Prime Minister Yuliya Sviridenko.
She held an online meeting with the heads of Ternopil, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions. The Prime Minister listened to reports on the consequences of the Russian attack and subsequent cleanup efforts.
According to her, rescuers from the State Emergency Service are clearing the consequences of the disaster. Emergency aid points are operational.
In addition, additional infrastructure, including heating and food points, has been deployed to support people.
Sviridenko added that the government is in contact with the regions and will provide all necessary assistance.
