It is reported that the pardon decree was signed as a continuation of the agreements reached between Lukashenka and US leader Donald Trump.
"Alexander Lukashenka, based on the appeal of the Ukrainian side, with the aim of ensuring conditions for the resolution of the armed conflict in the neighboring country, and guided by the principles of goodwill and humanism, has pardoned 31 Ukrainian citizens who committed crimes in Belarus”, - said Natalya Eismont, Lukashenka's press secretary.
