Modern.az reports that these words were spoken by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at a closed meeting with the political elite.
In his speech before civil servants, he spoke about the right to defend internationally recognized territorial integrity, and the necessity of adopting a new Constitution.
"Opportunities to acquire weapons and equipment and access defense technologies are increasing exponentially. I consider strengthening our internal legitimacy a fundamental issue, which should be reflected in the adoption of a new constitution", - Pashinyan noted.
