Armenia has refused to participate in the summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
Modern.az reports that, according to Russian Presidential Aide Yuri Ushakov, Armenian representatives will not participate in the summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) to be held in Bishkek on November 27.
Ushakov stated that although Yerevan will not attend the summit, it had previously informed the organizers that it has no objections to the agreed documents that will be adopted.
