In January-December 2025, prices in the housing market in Azerbaijan increased by 12.2% compared to January-December 2024.
Modern.az reports, citing the State Statistical Committee, that last year, prices in the primary housing market increased by 12.7% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, while in the secondary housing market, they increased by 12.2%.
It should be noted that in the IV quarter of 2025, the price index in the housing market increased by 3.1 percent compared to the III quarter of 2025, including 4.3 percent for the primary housing market and 3 percent for the secondary housing market.
