The European Union is establishing a new special tribunal to prosecute Russian leaders for Moscow's role in the war against Ukraine.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Kaya Kallas, the High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
She stated that the first 10 million euros have been allocated for these matters.
Kallas added that Russian leaders bear responsibility for the war in Ukraine and must be held accountable for it.
