43 municipal chairmen have been held administratively liable, and 3 cases are pending in court.
According to Modern.az, this was stated at today's meeting of the Regional Affairs Committee of the Milli Majlis during the annual report of the p exercising administrative control over the activities of municipalities.
During the year, under Article 549 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan (obstruction of the activities of the p exercising administrative control over the activities of municipalities), protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up against municipal officials and sent to the courts. Based on these protocols, 43 municipal chairmen have been held administratively liable, and 3 protocols are currently pending in the courts.
