A new round of trilateral talks between Ukraine, the US, and Russia will be held in Geneva on February 17-18. The Russian side will be represented in the talks by Putin's aide Vladimir Medinsky.

Modern.az reports that NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte reacted harshly to this news.

"Putin is sending this historian back to Geneva for talks, and there he will lecture Ukrainians about Sweden or similar things", - the Secretary General said.
