The number of internally displaced person certificate recipients HAS INCREASED

In the last two years, forced displacement certificates have been issued to approximately 30 thousand people. 

According to information obtained by Modern.az from the reports of the Cabinet of Ministers, in 2025, a new status document (forced displacement certificate) containing various concessions and privileges was issued to 16.6 thousand forced migrants.

The same document was issued to 13 thousand forced migrants in 2024.
