Fuad Vahid oglu Najafli has been relieved of his duties as the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order in this regard.
By another order, Jeyhun Jalilov has been appointed Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

Jalilov Jeyhun Ramiz oglu was born in 1987 in Shahbuz city of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
In 2009, he completed his bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations at Azerbaijan State University of Economics, in 2012, his master's degree in the same specialization at Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and in 2013, his master's degree in Finance at the University of Essex in the United Kingdom.
From 2011 to 2013, he worked in the Department of Cooperation with International Organizations at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan (now the Ministry of Economy), and from 2013 to 2021, he held various positions in the Finance Department of BP Caspian.
On March 1, 2021, he was appointed Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of the Sustainable and Operative Social Security Agency, and on August 13, 2021, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board.
On March 15, 2023, he was appointed Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
On April 25, 2024, he was relieved of his duties as minister and appointed Prime Minister of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
