In Azerbaijan, the most popular browser in November 2025 was “Chrome” with an 81.26 percent share, followed by “Safari” with 7.25 percent and “Opera” with 2.37 percent. Subsequently, “Samsung Internet” (2.34 percent), “Edge” (2.1 percent), and “Yandex Browser” (1.35 percent) follow. Statistics across all platforms (desktop and mobile devices) show that “Chrome” is the leader by a large margin.
Modern.az referring to the November report of the “StatCounter Global Stats” agency, reports that in October 2025, the most popular social network in Azerbaijan was “Instagram”. It was followed by “YouTube” and “Facebook”, and then other popular platforms are located.
According to “StatCounter” data, in November of this year, the share of “Instagram” in the overall segment of social media platforms in Azerbaijan (computers, mobile devices, and tablets) was 48.74 percent (in October – 35.77 percent). The market share of “YouTube”, which ranked second, was 31.04 percent. The market share of “Facebook”, which ranked next, was 10.68 percent. The market share of “X”, which was in fourth place, was 4.46 percent.
