The US Department of Homeland Security has updated the online database of criminal foreign nationals detained by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Modern.az reports that, the agency refers to the individuals on that list as "the worst of the worst." An Azerbaijani citizen has also been included in this list regarding the results of 2025. Specifically, 44-year-old Seymur Aliyev was detained in the US state of Kentucky. Our compatriot, currently in custody, is accused of assault, fleeing from police pursuit, driving without a license, and exceeding the speed limit.
It should be noted that, the list includes 18 Russians, 27 Ukrainians, 22 Armenians, and two Belarusians.
