"To ensure the promptness and quality of service during non-working days, a duty system consisting of responsible officials has been organized, and the number of medical brigades has been formed according to existing needs. Emergency medical aid brigades have been fully provided with medical equipment, medicines, and other necessary medical supplies.
Currently, approximately 140 emergency medical aid brigades in Baku city and about 270 brigades across 61 regions of the country have been brought to a state of readiness for service.
As an increase in the number of people arriving in Baku city, both from within the country and from foreign countries, is observed during holiday periods, material and technical provisions and human resources have been planned accordingly to accommodate this increase.
The continuous, prompt, and efficient operation of the emergency and urgent medical aid service will be kept under control, and a swift response to emergency situations will be ensured", the information states.
