“Elektrik enerjisinin ölkədaxili tariflərinin tənzimlənməsi barədə” Azərbaycan Respublikası Tarif (qiymət) Şurasının 2024-cü il 29 dekabr tarixli 19 nömrəli Qərarında dəyişiklik edilib.
Modern.az reports that the Tariff Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan has adopted a decision in this regard.
The decision states:
Taking into account the "Regulations on the Tariff (Price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan" approved by Decree No. 341 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 26, 2005, the "Rules for Ensuring State Control over the Formation and Application of State-Regulated Tariffs (Prices)" approved by Decision No. 247 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 30, 2005, and the proposal of "Azerishig" Open Joint Stock Company, the Tariff (Price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides:
1. The following amendments shall be made to Decision No. 19 of the Tariff (Price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 29, 2024, "On the Regulation of Domestic Electricity Tariffs":
1.1. The following Section 4 shall be added to the "Domestic Electricity Tariffs" approved by the said Decision:

1.2. The following Section 6-1 shall be added:
“6-1. The wholesale tariff for thermal energy produced by "Azerenergy" OJSC for "Azeristiliktechizat" OJSC shall be set at 3 manat/Gcal including VAT, and for others at 40 manat/Gcal.”.
2. Sub-paragraph 1.1 of this Decision shall enter into force on January 1, 2026.
3. The tariffs determined by sub-paragraph 1.2 of this Decision shall apply to relations arising from January 2, 2025.
