Modern.az reports that on the night of December 31 to January 1, at 00:01, a baby boy was born in the Gülməmmədov family.
The baby, weighing 2.6 kilograms, was born via C-section and is completely healthy. The parents of the baby, who opened his eyes to the world in the first minute of the New Year, said they would name the child Rasul.
