According to information provided by the National Hydrometeorological Service to Modern.az, the snow depth was 48 cm in Shahbuz, 36 cm in Gakh, 30 cm in Lerik, 29 cm in Gusar, 27 cm in Gryz, 25 cm in Khinalig, 18 cm in Yardimli, Gadabay, 17 cm in Shahdag, 11 cm in Khaltan, 10 cm in Sheki, 9 cm in Khizi, 8 cm in Ismayilli, 6 cm in Gobustan, Sadarak, 5 cm in Gabala, 4 cm in Guba, Ordubad, 2 cm in Sharur, and 1 cm in Agsu, Zagatala, Nakhchivan.

Fog was observed in Shahbuz, Julfa, Dashkasan, Goygol, Ganja, Naftalan, Shamkir, Balakan, Gakh, Shamakhi, Gryz, Tartar, Goychay, and Lerik. Visibility in the fog was limited to 200 m.

The minimum air temperature was 0 degrees in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, up to 3 degrees below zero in the Lowland regions, up to 12 degrees below zero in the Nakhchivan AR, up to 14 degrees below zero in the mountainous regions, and up to 20 degrees below zero in the high mountainous regions.
