The expected weather forecast for January 13 has been announced.
According to information provided to Modern.az by the National Hydrometeorological Service, in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula, the weather is expected to be variable cloudy, mostly without precipitation, but with intermittent precipitation in some places in the evening. Towards the night of January 13-14, it is expected to intensify in some areas, with a possibility of rain mixed with sleet in some suburban areas. Fog will occur in some places at night and in the morning. A moderate northwest wind will occasionally strengthen in the evening.
The air temperature will be 5-7 degrees Celsius at night and 7-11 degrees Celsius during the day. Atmospheric pressure will drop from 759 mm Hg to 756 mm Hg. Relative humidity will be 80-90%.
In the regions of Azerbaijan, the weather is expected to be mostly without precipitation, but in the second half of the day, starting from the northern and western regions, intermittent precipitation is expected in some places, with snow in mountainous and foothill regions. There is a possibility of precipitation intensifying in separate areas. Intermittent fog will occur in some places. The west wind will occasionally strengthen in separate areas.
The air temperature will be from 1 degree below zero to 4 degrees Celsius at night, 8-13 degrees Celsius during the day; in the mountains, it will be 0-4 degrees below zero at night, and 2-7 degrees Celsius during the day.
