Against the backdrop of these global processes, the number of people interested in temporary residence in Azerbaijan is also rapidly increasing, according to official data.
In response to an inquiry from Modern.az, the State Migration Service reported that a total of 82,648 applications were received last year regarding the acquisition and extension of temporary residence permits in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
It was noted that the applications were submitted by citizens of 165 countries.
