Prime Minister Ali Asadov and Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova visited the Alley of Martyrs on the occasion of the 36th anniversary of the 20 January tragedy.
Modern.az reports that Ali Asadov and Sahiba Gafarova commemorated the victims of the tragedy and laid carnations on the graves of the martyrs.
At the same time, the leadership and deputies of the Milli Majlis also participated in the visiting ceremony. Among those who came to the Alley of Martyrs were First Vice-Speaker of the Milli Majlis Ali Ahmadov, and Vice-Speakers Ziyafat Asgarov, Musa Gasimli, and Rafael Huseynov.
Also, committee chairmen of the parliament, deputies, and employees of the Milli Majlis Apparatus visited the alley and commemorated the 20 January martyrs.
