Modern.az reports that, through measures carried out by employees of the 38th Police Department of the Garadagh District Police Department, 28-year-old N. Atashov, suspected of committing the act, was identified and detained.
During the investigation, it was determined that the detained person was the victim's colleague and had transferred the payment to his own account via a mobile application from the victim's phone.
