A group of servicemen from the Azerbaijani Army has been dispatched to the United Arab Emirates to participate in the joint operational-tactical exercise named “Peace Shield – 2026”, which will be organized in that country.
Modern.az reports that this was announced by the Ministry of Defense.
The main objective of the exercise is to improve the professional skills of the military contingents of the participating states in anti-terror operations, to contribute to the establishment of lasting peace, and to achieve mutual experience exchange.
It was noted that the joint operational-tactical exercise “Peace Shield – 2026” will be held on February 2-3.
